While I loved working in-house for many years as a marketing associate and quickly rose through the ranks, I became passionate about the idea of helping more businesses succeed. When I felt stuck with the repetitiveness in my position as a Senior Marketing Director, I knew I had to make a change that would grow and foster my creativity and use my passion for helping others. With a lot of hard work, determination, and a little black girl magic, Smith & Social Marketing was born.
